Louie's is obsessed with really, really good grapes, creative gourmet comfort food and a funky, fun atmosphere to share them. We search all over the world to find you great wines. Many wines come from our relationships with smaller undiscovered vineyards, which offer a great taste and spectacular value to our guests. At Galo, a pound of food goes for $8.99, meaning most adult plates run around $10 - $12. This cafeteria-style concept is great for both big and small eaters alike. In Brazil, they call this style of restaurant "Comida por Kilo", but for us non-Portuguese speakers, that means FOOD BY THE POUND! The dining style is CASUAL and there are NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED. Grab your plate and the experience begins at our cold bar of side dishes, followed by the hot bar and finally, the wood fired rotisserie grill. At the register, your plate is weighed and drinks and dessert are ordered.
